Warm greetings and a genuine welcome to my website. My name is Holly LeMaster, and I founded Genuine Enterprises in 2001 to collaborate on meaningful—authentic, genuine—work with people I enjoy and with whom I share an affinity. Since 1984, I’ve served as a consultant, coach, and facilitator.

I have a gift for synthesis and connectivity—I can observe the parts, understand what's required to turn them into a whole, and create a plan to make it happen. I'm adept at both lofty, idealistic visioning and rolling up my sleeves to get things done practically. I believe that mutually beneficial relationships are key and that people must be seen, valued, inspired, and included to achieve collective success. I enjoy helping people and teams discover their gifts, find gratitude, and tell stories they love.

 

People often feel inclined to open up and share themselves with me. As a coach, I delight in witnessing my clients' "a-ha" moments of insight, awareness, and success.

Early in my work life, my career path led me decidedly into the business realm. While once upon a long time ago I attended Drake University on a journalism scholarship, that wasn’t my true calling. Instead, I found myself in a suit with a briefcase on an airplane, heading to a hospital boardroom. This unexpected shift led me to a fulfilling career far from journalism, although writing remains an essential aspect of my work.

Before launching Genuine Enterprises, I was the Director of Client Services and a member of the Executive Committee for Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems, Inc. I also served as Vice President of Horizon Health Systems, Inc., specializing in ambulatory surgery development and management, among other roles.

From 2017 through 2022, I paused Genuine Enterprises to join Innovative Connections, a sister consulting firm with kindred spirits who share my deeply held values and philosophies. We partnered with clients nationwide, focusing on organizational and leadership development. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we shifted to creatively and impactfully delivering our services online, providing forums for connection, wellbeing, and growth.

I am a lifelong learner dedicated to becoming a better human being. As a devotee of the arts, I am committed to seeing and creating beauty everywhere. I believe our work and personal lives are interconnected, each dynamic affecting the other. Rather than striving for “balance,” I seek ways to integrate, prioritize, and stay present with what’s in front of us.

In the summer of 2022, I was ordained as an Interspiritual/Interfaith minister by the OneSpirit Interfaith Seminary. This training connects me deeply to my mission: helping people and organizations become more of who they are. Seminary taught me to see the unity among all human beings, cultures, and faith traditions while honoring and embracing our diversity. I am now uniquely positioned to bridge the sacred and the secular, helping organizations and individuals explore what brings depth, meaning, and creates value.
