An introduction
About Holly LeMaster
Founder, Genuine Enterprises
Conscious consulting, coaching, and collaboration
Warm greetings and a genuine welcome. I’m Holly LeMaster, founder of Genuine Enterprises, and I’ve been working with leaders, teams, and organizations since 1984—as a consultant, coach, and facilitator. I created this practice in 2001 to do meaningful, authentic work with people I genuinely enjoy and with whom I share an affinity.
I bring a unique blend of vision and practicality. I’m just as comfortable helping teams craft a bold new future as I am rolling up my sleeves to solve everyday challenges. I have a gift for synthesis—I see the parts, understand what’s needed to connect them, and create a path toward something greater than the sum.
At the core of my work is a belief that mutually beneficial relationships are key—and that people must be seen, valued, inspired, and included to do their best work. I love helping others discover their gifts, tell more powerful stories, and move forward with gratitude and clarity.

A career rooted in impact and collaboration

Early in my career, I found myself drawn into the world of healthcare leadership. While I began college at Drake University on a journalism scholarship, my true calling revealed itself elsewhere—first in hospital boardrooms, and later in team retreats, leadership sessions, strategic planning rooms, and various coaching containers.

Before founding Genuine Enterprises, I held executive roles including:
-
Director of Client Services and Executive Committee member, Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems, Inc.
-
Vice President, Horizon Health Systems, Inc., specializing in ambulatory surgery development and management.
From 2017 to 2022, I paused my solo practice to collaborate with kindred spirits at Innovative Connections, where we partnered with leaders across the country—especially during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, when we delivered high-impact development experiences online.

My guiding principles

-
I believe that work and life are deeply interconnected—not something to balance, but something to integrate.
-
I believe in showing up with presence, purpose, and possibility.
-
I believe in creating beauty—in how we speak, listen, design, and lead.
-
And I believe in the power of genuine human connection to transform not just organizations, but lives.
In 2022, I was ordained as an Interspiritual/Interfaith minister through OneSpirit Interfaith Seminary. That journey deepened my mission: helping people and organizations become more of who they truly are. I now find myself bridging the sacred and the secular—bringing compassion, wisdom, and depth into organizational life.
